What's going on during Covid?

Because of restrictions we have had to change up how we do tree farming. As usual they will be fresh cut trees, but the check out and other goods will be interesting. Starting this year you can order wreaths, check our pricing section for those, and you can call this phone number (360)271-3174 for pre-ordering. Thank you so much for being understanding, and don't forget that we are open during the normal times this year, things are just a little different. We ask that you don't come inside this year to look at anything but our selection is still up for any Christmas treats you would like.

St. Micks tree farm hours and facts

Start a tradition with your family!
Come and hunt through ~5,000 trees for your perfect one!
St. Mick's Tree Farm opens the day after Thanksgiving, and is open until the day before Christmas! You may tag a tree to get at a later date or time, or take one the day you come!
We sell Noble fir, Grand fir, Concolor fir, Balsam fir, Nordman fir and Douglas fir trees for your picking pleasure. We suggest you come with a size in mind so we may direct you to the area where that size is grown, but most of our smaller trees are in the front, and the taller ones tend to be in the Grand Forest.
Most trees are $8/foot. The exceptions are: Douglas fir ($35 per tree), Nordmans ($75 per tree) and Concolor firs ($75 per tree).
We provide assistance with cutting your tree, and please do not bring your own saw, or attempt to cut it down yourself, unless we are short staffed. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur while you are cutting a tree yourself. If for some strange reason you are cutting it yourself, then please cut as low to the ground as possible so that we can mow easier. We will help get it onto your vehicle. Please bring ropes or bungee cords for a secure tie to your vehicle, and we do have some twine available for your use, but our supply is limited.
We do not flock our trees, but feel free to flock yours, after you leave the farm.
Every year we have new items available in our cabin, so make sure you don't leave without taking a peek inside to see what we have! Also, please come in so that you don't block the doorway, we have to have  constant flow through the door in case of emergency.
In addition to gorgeous trees, you get your picture taken with your tree, and when you come next year, you get to take your picture home!      We have cookies, hot chocolate, and apple cider for free in our cabin, and candy canes are given out to small children (as long as parents are ok with it).

Our hours: Friday and Saturday from 10-4; and Sunday from 11-4.

All tree and wreath sales are final once you leave the farm.

We offer wreath classes on Fridays starting the day after Thanksgiving by pre-registration only, and for two people at a time. For $30, you get one-on-one instruction, a 12-inch wreath ring, branches, sprays and ribbons for our popular Pacific Northwest wreath.
We are almost always making new wreaths inside our cabin, and you can select from the many wreaths and swags that we have displayed on the outside of the cabin. If you can't come to get a farm fresh wreath, call (360) 271-3174 and we will see what we can do! We are now offering a call ahead option. Using this option you can call ahead using the number above, or email me at St.micks.treefarm@gmail.com, and choose the size and ribbon for your wreath. The prices of our wreaths vary from $21.80 for a 10-inch to $65.40 for the 24-inch. We have six types. 10-inch. 12-inch, 15-inch, 24-inch, Candy cane, and Christmas tree wreaths, and swags are made by custom order, or is by chance there is one outside when you get here.

Do come and see our many trees, as we are clearing some out to easier access the ones around them. We always plant new trees every year after the season, so we won't have a shortage of trees. Thank you so much for visiting the blog, and have a Happy Christmas!

I would like to note before you exit this page that the Facebook page is inaccurate. Their times are not correct, and we did not make the post. However, I have put in a request for them to either take down the post or edit their times to fit the times that we are actually open.

A Little Bit About Us And The Farm

All of our workers are very nice people that know where all the best trees are for your specifications. We have a very nice selection of crafts and goods for you to choose from the cabin, and have new additions every year. Most of our crafts are made by the owners granddaughter Corinna, but we have many other works of art to choose from, such as dog cookies and muffins, goat milk soap, and horseshoe art. St. Micks tree farm was named by another granddaughter, Jennifer, after the lovable springer spaniel that lives there. We are a Family business that runs the farm, and we hope that you can find a perfect Christmas tree in our selection!

Our prices are different from other farms around us (don't be fooled by falty marketing from other places), and are the most fresh. We sell fire wood year round so make sure you ask for details. Happy picking and Merry Christmas!
